Bear Naked Pickleball Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best pickleball accessories to enhance your game. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we work hard to ensure every order meets your expectations. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be unused and in their original packaging preferably.
To start a return or refund, simply contact our friendly customer support team at support@bnpball.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For all returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since you have sent in your return, please check tracking or contact us at support@bnpball.com.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize!
Please reach out to our friendly customer support team at support@bnpball.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you. In these cases, we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order for new items. Then request a return for any item you do not want.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
